What is a holding cabinet (HC)

RETIGO holding cabinets are designed to maintain the prepared food at the required temperature during meals distribution. The temperature inside the holding chamber can be set from 30 to 90°C, when dealing with a holding cabinet HC 10i, it is also possible to set the percentage of moisture inside the holding chamber from 0 to 100%.
